- أكّد الحذف. حسابك هيتمسح على طول
بالإيميل
لو مش قادر تفتح اللعبة، ابعت إيميل لـ egyflad@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف حساب Ezay» من نفس الإيميل اللي سجّلت بيه (Apple أو Google). هنحذف الحساب خلال ٣٠ يوم ونرد عليك.
إيه اللي بيتمسح
- حسابك (المعرّف، الإيميل، الاسم)
- تقدّمك في اللعبة: المستويات، الأوقات، العملات، التلميحات
- رموز الإشعارات وإعدادات اللغة
إيه اللي بيفضل
أحداث الاستخدام (زي «خلّص مستوى ٥») بتتفصل عن أي هوية وبتفضل كإحصائيات عامة مجهولة. بيانات الإعلانات اللي عند Google بتتحكم فيها سياسة Google.
How to delete your account
In the game (fastest)
- Open Ezay and go to Settings ⚙️
- Tap Delete account at the bottom
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately
By email
If you can't open the game, email egyflad@gmail.com with the subject "Ezay account deletion" from the email address you signed in with (Apple or Google). We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your account (identifier, email, name)
- Your game progress: levels, times, coins, hints
- Push notification tokens and language settings
What is kept
Usage events (such as "completed level 5") are disassociated from any identity and kept only as anonymous aggregate statistics. Advertising data held by Google is governed by Google's privacy policy.
