سياسة الخصوصية
توضّح السياسة دي إزاي لعبة إزاي؟ (Ezay) بتجمع بياناتك وبتستخدمها. المطوّر: Islam AboBakr Shehata. للتواصل: egyflad@gmail.com.
البيانات اللي بنجمعها
- بيانات الحساب (لو سجّلت دخولك بس): لو سجّلت بـ Apple أو Google بنستلم معرّف حساب، وإيميلك، واسمك لو اخترت تشاركه. لو بتلعب كضيف، مبنجمعش أي بيانات حساب.
- بيانات اللعب: المستويات اللي خلصتها، أحسن أوقاتك، المستويات اللي عدّيتها، العملات، التلميحات المفتوحة، واللغة والإعدادات. بتتحفظ على جهازك، ولو مسجّل دخول بتتزامن مع السيرفر عشان تقدّمك ميضيعش.
- بيانات الاستخدام: أحداث داخل اللعبة (بداية الجلسة، بداية وإنهاء المستويات، التلميحات، مشاهدة الإعلانات)، نوع نظام التشغيل، رقم إصدار التطبيق، وآخر وقت كنت نشط فيه. بنستخدمها عشان نحسّن اللعبة ونظبط صعوبتها.
- الإشعارات: لو وافقت على الإشعارات، بنحفظ رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك ولغتك عشان نبعتلك تذكيرات. تقدر تقفلها من الإعدادات في أي وقت.
- الإعلانات: اللعبة مجانية وفيها إعلانات من Google AdMob. AdMob ممكن يجمع معرّفات الجهاز (معرّف الإعلانات، وعلى iOS بس بعد موافقتك)، عنوان IP، الموقع التقريبي، معلومات الجهاز، وتفاعلك مع الإعلانات، عشان يعرض الإعلانات ويقيسها ويمنع الاحتيال، ويخصّصها لو وافقت. في أوروبا والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا بنطلب موافقتك عن طريق نموذج موافقة Google. اعرف أكتر: كيف تستخدم Google البيانات.
مين بيتعامل مع البيانات
- Supabase: استضافة قاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول (خوادم في الاتحاد الأوروبي).
- Google AdMob: عرض الإعلانات وقياسها.
- Apple و Google: تسجيل الدخول، وتوصيل الإشعارات (عن طريق Expo).

مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف
بنحتفظ ببيانات حسابك وتقدّمك لحد ما تحذف حسابك. تقدر تحذفه من جوه اللعبة: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، أو تبعتلنا إيميل (التفاصيل هنا). بعد الحذف بنمسح حسابك وتقدّمك ورموز الإشعارات، وبيانات الاستخدام بتتفصل عن أي هوية. لو بتلعب كضيف، حذف التطبيق بيمسح بياناتك من الجهاز.
الأطفال
اللعبة مش موجّهة للأطفال تحت ١٣ سنة، ومبنجمعش بياناتهم عن قصد. لو عرفت إن طفل بعتلنا بيانات، كلّمنا وهنمسحها.
الأمان والتغييرات
البيانات بتتنقل بشكل مشفّر (HTTPS). لو غيّرنا السياسة دي هنحدّث التاريخ اللي فوق.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Ezay (إزاي؟) puzzle game collects and uses your data. Developer: Islam AboBakr Shehata. Contact: egyflad@gmail.com.
Data we collect
- Account data (only if you sign in): if you sign in with Apple or Google we receive an account identifier, your email address, and your name if you choose to share it. If you play as a guest, we collect no account data.
- Game data: levels completed, best times, skipped levels, coins, unlocked hints, language and settings. Stored on your device and, when you're signed in, synced to our servers so you don't lose progress.
- Usage data: in-game events (session start, levels started, completed or skipped, hints used, ads watched), operating system, app version, and when you were last active. Used to improve the game and tune difficulty.
- Notifications: if you allow notifications, we store your device's push token and language to send reminders. You can turn them off in Settings at any time.
- Advertising: Ezay is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (the advertising ID; on iOS only with your permission), IP address, approximate location, device information and ad interactions, to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and personalize ads where you consent. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for consent through Google's consent form. Learn more: How Google uses data.
Who processes data
- Supabase: database hosting and sign-in (EU servers).
- Google AdMob: ad serving and measurement.
- Apple and Google: sign-in, and push notification delivery (via Expo).
We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account and progress until you delete your account. You can delete it in the game under Settings → Delete account, or by email (details here). Deletion removes your account, progress and push tokens; usage events are disassociated from any identity. If you play as a guest, uninstalling the app removes your data from the device.
Children
Ezay is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and changes
Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS). If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
